1) Should have 3 + years of Solid HP- QTP Experience.( overall should not cross 5-6 Yrs Experience)
2) Should be very Good in VB Scripting.
3) Should have Framework Development Experience ( any framework Hybrid,DataDriven,Keyword Driven,BPT is fine).
4) Good Knowledge in Descriptive programming, Regular expressions, Recovery Scenario.
5) Should have worked in QTP in latest projects.
6) Strictly no to Manual Testers .
